Description

Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to remove the existing and install new metal roofing installation for a Shop/Office building. The new roofing material shall be metal. All finished roofing shall include but not be limited to the leveling the top of the roof deck over the top of the masonry gable end walls and installation of flashing, drip edge, gutters, down spouts, ridge and venting as necessary. The final roof installation shall meet manufacturer's recommendation and be weather tight. This project also includes the replacement of gutters and down spouts. Performance period is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about July 25, 2002 with a closing date of on or about August 16, 2002. All interested parties shall submit a request to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Attention: Cathleen DeBerry, P.O. Box 25486, Mail Stop 60181, DFC, Denver, CO 80225. Requests may be faxed to 303-236-4791. Please include the RFQ number, your company name, address, telephone number, contact name, and fax number. If you wish to receive the package by Federal Express, please include your Federal Express Account Number on your request. This acquisition is open to both large and small businesses. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
