Modify 8.0 Evaluation of Quotes to read: This order will be based on Best Value. Evaluation criteria based in descending order of precedence: 1.) Experience with multifunctional organizations (at least one required)and experience with Coast Guard registrar ITS and other registrars. 2.) Past performance with multifunctional organizations and registrars. 3.) Performance Schedule which will allow Coast Guard to complete all of the necessary ISO requirements in order to be certified by 30 June 2003. 4.) Firm fixed price.
