- DSCC is issuing a solicitation and subsequently an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for Strategic Material Sourcing (SMS) Initiative. This solicitation will address Project 6, Rubber Ducts, Hoses Tubing, which contains 25 NSNs. This will be an Unrestricted Solicitation for a period of 5 years. The issue date for this solicitation is 8 July 02, with a closing date of 8 August 02. Interested Parties can view the solicitation package by going to the web address below: http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/contracts/ NOTE: All correspondence will be done through web address.
