Description

Elevator Maintenance Service for the Duluth Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 515 W. First St., Duluth, Minnesota. The performance period is for a three-year base period with two one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, material, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The contractor will be required to provide elevator maintenance and related services in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. This project is open to all business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310. The current contract for this building has a 3-year base price of $14,400. This is a negotiated procurement. The Request for Proposal (RFP) including amendments, etc. (if applicable) will be available only through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) on the Internet at www.eps.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and amendments (if any). It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). The site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file.
