Description

This is a solicitation notice to furnish Facilities Maintenance Services to ensure proper and efficient operations of all structural and architectural components, appliances, electrical/plumbing/heating/air conditioning systems and equipment and to efficiently operate/maintain/repair buildings and facility systems at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Artesia, NM. Estimated contract will be for the period October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 with two additional one-year option periods. Request for Proposal should be available on or about July 24, 2002. Telephone requests will not be honored. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561210 with a size standard of $23 million average annual receipts. This solicitation will only be available on the internet at www.eps.gov, on or about July 24, 2002.
