Description: The awarded contractor shall provide a completed and occupancy ready engine barn at the Olancha Fire Complex in Olancha, California (Inyo County). A pre-engineered Butler brand building has previously been erected on a concrete slab, complete with under slab utilities or block-outs. Construction of interior offices and mezzanine. Major work items include utilities, mechanical, water and sewer systems, liquid petroleum gas distribution, electrical systems, commnications systems, and intrustion and fire detection systems.
