Contract work shall include but not be limited to excavation, septic, well and foundation work, erect structure. Architectural to include kitchens and bath, plumbing and heating and electrical service and wiring. Solicitation is 100% set aside Small Business. All work to be performed at the United States Military Academy Reservation, West Point, New York. The NAICS Code is 233320 and a size stand ard of 28.5 Million dollars. The project solicitation and Statement of work is estimated to be issued on or about July 12, 2002, with an estimated closing date of August 12, 2002.
