Description

The proposed work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to re-roof one Government school building at Tuba City Boarding School, Tuba City, Arizona, three Government school buildings at Red Lake Boarding School, Red Lake, Arizona, and three Government school buildings at Rocky Ridge Boarding School, Rocky Ridge, Arizona . The work calls for removing gravel ballast from roof, completely remove all roof materials to deck, including BUR, insulation, wood nailers, metal coping caps, scuppers and other roofing materials. Furnish and install new 2" X pressure treated wood nailers, wood blocking, wood curbs, around roof perimeter and at all penetration openings; furnish and install new pre-finished metal drip edge, gutters, down spouts, and concrete splash blocks; furnish and install new tapered polyisocyunate insulation; and furnish and install new single ply TPO membrane system. The Government schools are located on the Navajo Reservation in the State of Arizona. Invitation for Bid Number N00-02-12, Bid Opening Date: August 15, 2002 at 2:00 P.M./Local Time at Place of Bid Opening. This project is Total Small Business set-aside.
