Description

GSA, FSS intends to establish through Sealed Bid a firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity, two-year requirements type contract with three one-year options for the period of September 1, 2002 through August 31, 2004. Requirements are for fourteen (14) different hand tools with National Stock Numbers in the 5120 Federal Supply Class. These NSN?s are part of the GSA?s Stock Program. These are QPL Installing, Crimping, Inserter and Removal tools. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery of 30 days or less and a minimum order of no more than $50.00. Item numbers 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 14 are set aside for small business. Award will be based on responsiveness, responsibility and the lowest price to the government.
