Description

The Office on Women's Health thru the Program Support Center/General Acquisitions Branch intends to award a ten month Sole Source Simplified Acquisition to the National Black Women's Health Project, Inc. of Washington, D.C. The contractor shall propose a "Pilot Program" specifically describing components uniquely addressing cultural and gender issues relative to minority women ages 18-25 years and HIV/AIDS prevention. A collaborative partnership shall be established in which the contractor is the lead organization and works with affiliates to specify their roles in program implementation throughout the USA.
