- Description
- The Contractor shall provide cytology, surgical pathology services and clinical pathologist consultation to Navajo Area Indian Health Services. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supplies, equipment, and courier/transportation services. The Contractor shall be under the on-site supervision of a pathologist who meets or exceeds CLIA-88 requirement to oversee laboratory operation. The Contractor's facility shall be licensed and maintain licensure as a medical laboratory in accordance with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988, and shall be accredited and maintain accreditation by the College of American Pathologists and meet all applicable Federal and State Standards for Clinical Labs in all aspects of anatomic and clinical laboratory medicine. Anticipated award is from date of award with two (2) one year option periods.
