Description

The work consists of renovating 6.48 miles of roadway. Work includes roadside brushing, scarification, blading, ditch reshaping, slide removal, repairing existing culverts, installation of waterdips, splash pads and aluminized corrugated steel pipes, removal and disposal of existing cattleguard, removal and disposal of existing culverts, excavation, backfill and compaction for new culverts, and placement of road surfacing. This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price. Project sites are located in Glendale Resource Area, Josephine County, Medford District, Oregon. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is August 12, 2002 and performance time is 45 calendar days. This solicitation will not be posted electronically. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%. Estimated issue date is July 17, 2002.
