- NA Work consists of furnishing all, labor, equipment and materials and performing all work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for OMA Roof Repairs at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Work includes but is not limited to: Asphalt shingles replaceme nt on 13 buildings, EPDM roofing replacement on one (1) building, metal roofing replacement with asphalt shingle roofing on one (1) building, asphalt shingles and roll roofing replacement on one (1) building, metal roofing repairs and paint on one (1) bui lding, metal roofing repairs and replacement of metal roofing, and replacement of flashing on one (1) building, asphalt shingles replacement/metal roofing repairs or replacement and structural repairs on one (1) building. Some buildings will require minor masonry repairs to their chimneys for flashing. Incidential repairs items are inclusive as separate CLINS. All buildings will be occupied. Invititation For Bids DABT19-02-B-0011 will be issued on or about 11 July 02. Solicitation Availability: This IFB wi ll be available for downloading from FedBizOps at www.fedbizops.gov or www.2.leavenworth.army.mil/doc. No telephone requests will be considered. All requests for the IFB must be in writing and reference DABT19-02-B-0011. Contractor must include its taxpaye r identification number, and if it is hub zone certified, woman owned, minority business, small or large business and appropriate zip code plus 4. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. This will be a firm fixed price requirem ents type contract. Ordering period is 365 calendar days from date of award or 14 September 02, whichever is later. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The size standard for a small business con cern, including its affiliates, average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years is not to exceed $12 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 23561.
