- NA Furnish all plant, labor, tools, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to construct Multi-Unit Armory, approximately 62,550 SF, at the Oklahoma National Guard Regional Training Institute (RTI) at NE 63rd Street and Kelley Avenue in Oklahoma City. Project includes but is not limited to: (1) General site work, (2) Concrete foundation with reinforced floor slab, (3) Load bearing masonry and structural steel frame, light gauge metal framing, brick veneer with masonry and drywall partitions, (4) Millw ork and casework, (5) Standing seam metal and modified bitumen roofing, (6) Personnel and overhead doors and windows, (7) Security vault, (8) Sound attenuation, (9) Finishes to include drywall ceiling suspension systems, plaster and drywall moldings, plast er soffits, drywall construction, exterior gypsum sheathing, ceramic tile, quarry tile, suspended acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring (vinyl composition tile), carpet, painting, vinyl wall-covering, and Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) wall panels, (10) Specialties to include: Chalkboards and tack-boards, toilet partitions, metal wall louvers, corner guards, flagpoles, directory, signage, athletic lockers, fire extinguisher cabinets, woven wire mesh partitions, folding partitions, metal storage shelv ing, and toilet accessories, (11) Dock bumpers and food service equipment, aluminum window blinds and recessed floor mats, (12) Prefabricated chemical and hazardous material storage building, (13) Mechanical work, (14) Electrical work, (15) Fire alarm syst em, (16) Public address and intercom, and (17) Telecommunications cabling. The industry size standard published by the SBA for SIC 1542 is $17.0 million. This project will be unrestricted. All work must be completed within 540 calendar days after date o f receipt of notice to proceed. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Act of 1996, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a Federal Contract. This commercial enterprise, Triangle A&E Inc., will have a complete set of plans and specifications available for purchase on CD-ROM or paper copy.
