Description

This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Requisition Number FQ480121490600 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This acquisition is 100% set-aside fo a small business concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233310. The size standard is $11.5M. Six (6) attachments are included: (1) The solicitation, Standard Form 1442, Solicitation/Offer/Award; (2) Statement of work as Attachment 1, (3) Electrical Diagram as Attachment 2, (4) Site Pictures as Attachment 3, (5) Wage Determinations as Attachment 4, (6) Well Field Maps as Attachment 5.
