Description

The Architect of the Capitol is seeking all qualified sources who are interested in submitting an offer for this construction project. The primary work includes, but is not limited to, providing all plant, labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide services for fabrication and installation of various Wayfinding signs and ADA Signage for three U.S. House Buildings located in Washington DC. The U.S. House Buildings consist of the Rayburn, Longworth, and Cannon. This contract will result with four Alternate line items and three priced Options as described in the specifications and as identified on the drawings. Magnitude of this construction project ranges between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation package will be available after July 19, 2002. All request for the solicitation is accepted by either a fax to 202-225-3221 or emailed to mbrewin@aoc.gov on company letterhead referencing the RFP No. 020089. Upon request, please include the following; RFP number 020089, your phone and fax number with a complete company address. A Bid Bond must accompany your offer. No telephone request.
