- PORTER, LAKE, AND LAPORTE COUNTRIES, INDIANA. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials and equipment to provide and service Contractor-owned refuse dumpsters at various locations within Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Indiana. All refuse dumpsters furnished shall meet safety standards and be maintained to provide safe access by users. Where required by this contract refuse containers with raccoon proof lids will be provided and maintained. Dumpsters will be located at various locations in the park.
