- This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36; Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue a Request For Quotations (RFQ) to construct a masonry storage building including electrical service at Blackbeard Island National Wildlife Refuge, Townsend, McIntosh County, GA., in accordance with USFWS specifications and drawings. The proposed contract is not a small business set-a-side in accordance with the lastest quarterly adjustment under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Size Standard is $27.5 million. The NAICS code is 23332. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
