Description

The work shall include, but is not limited to installation of horizontal water source heat pump units, ductwork, controls, insulation, piping, control valves and fittings, conduit and wiring, electrical service and incidental related work necessary for proper completion of the contracted work. Work shall include rigging service to move material and equipment as needed to gain access to space under raised floor and to clear conference room before work is started. Material and equipment shall be returned to their original location. This is a Firm Fixed Price requirement. Period of performance is 150 days. The NAICS Code is 541990. Size standard is $5 million. The solicitation is issued as 100% Small Business Set Aside. The approximate solicitation release date is 11 July, 2002. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. All documents will be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format via the Internet. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view .pdf files can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
