Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is hosting an Industry Day for a follow-on requirement for P-3 Aircraft Phased Depot Maintenance Support under solicitation N00019-02-R-3075. The Industry Day, comprised of briefings from PMA-290, Program Office technical representatives, and NAVAIR Contracts, will be held in Suite 200 of the Holly III Building located at 44423 Airport Road, California, Maryland on 09 July 2002. Contractor sign-in will commence at 1200. Presentations will begin promptly at 1300 and continue until approximately 1600. Driving directions from the Washington, D.C. area airports can be found at http://maps.yahoo.com. In addition to the driving directions provided on the referenced website, once on Airport Road, take the second left into the Holly III building complex. Continue to the back of the building for parking and entrance into the facility. Suite 200 is located on the second floor. Documents released prior to Industry Day will be available at http://www.navair.navy.mil/business/ecommerce/index.cfm. Interested parties should respond electronically to both Mr. Boyd N. Forsythe, forsythebn@navair.navy.mil and Mr. Chris Lyons, Lyonscj@navair.navy.mil. The response shall include: Business name and address, cage code, size classification based on the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement (336411), socioeconomic classification (i.e. woman-owned, HUB zone representation, etc.), and the name(s) of the person(s) planned for attendance. Due to limited seating, a maximum of two persons per business will be allowed. Names shall be submitted no later than 1300 on 03 July 2002. Businesses not registering prior to this closing date and time may not be able to attend if seating is not available. Additionally, responses may include the name and phone number of a point of contact for your company which will be distributed to industry.
