Description

NA Requirement for award of a firm-fixed-price contract to replace roof at Bldg 905, Fort McCoy, WI. This project may include removal of non-friable asbestos materials, minor demolition, clean decking, provide and install rigid insulation with one layer 5/8 i nch OSB and build in ventilation, asphalt shingle roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, fascia system, ridge vent and drip edges, and joint sealant. Performance time is expected to be 75 days after notice to proceed. Project magnitude is between $25,00 0 and $100,000. Payment and performance protection will be required after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235610 with a small business size standard of $12.0 million. Competition is unrestricted. The RFQ will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 11 July 2002. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic requests for hard copies of solicitation documents are discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solici tation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
