Description

Work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, quality control, transportation and incidentals necessary to Landscape Base, Malmstrom AFB, MT. The project involves the installation of Landscape projects at various base locations. Work will include, but is not limited to, existing landscape demolition; removal and replacement of existing concrete flatwork; removal and replacement of asphalt paving; curb and gutter installation; installation of irrigation systems; trenching, and backfill; turf renovation; planter bed preparation; installation of trees, shrubs, groundcover and landscaping berms; exploratory excavation; and landscape establishment in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 11 Jul 02, with a closing date of 12 Aug 02. Performance period is 365 calendar days, beginning 1 Oct 02, with two possible Option Year periods. This acquisition is not set-aside for small businesses. It is open to both Large and Small business concerns in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System code is 235930, with a size standard of $12.0 Million. The Request for Proposal is available by electronic transmission ONLY. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See internet site: http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
