Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION - USDA Rural Development, Multi-Family Housing and Single Family Housing intends to solely enter into a firm-fixed-price contract, with Marshall and Swift, 101 College Road East, Princeton Forrestal Center, Princeton, NJ 08540, to provide New and Rehabilitation Cost Estimating Software Database and Updates as well as Residential Cost Handbook Updates. Marshall and Swift have been the sole providers of these products for 20 years. The expected period of performance is base year plus four (4) option years. This solicitation is small business set aside. The NAICS code is 541519 and the size standard is 500 employees. Solicitation with Attachments I, II, and III are attached. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency., no later than July 10, 2002.
