- Tiller 99 ERFO Road Repairs and Decommissioning on the Tiller Ranger District; the project includes four road work sites located 35-50 miles east of Canyonville, Oregon; work includes construction staking, excavation and embankment, ditchline work, subdrain system, geogrid, welded wire retaining wall, aggregate work, bituminous asphalt paving, fill pullback, roadbed ripping, miscellaneous associated drainage work, and related road reconstruction activities; Work requires completion by October 31, 2003; This is a Request For Proposals; In addition to price proposals Offerors are required to complete a Questionnaire; Detailed Technical Proposals are not required; Questionnaire elements include descriptive site-specific sequencing description, equipment capability, and past performance history; Award evaluation criteria include technical approach, equipment capability, and past performance history in addition to price; Award may be made without discussions; This project may include option items for additional related work; The project magnitude is in the range between $100,000 and $250,000; NAICS 234110; current HUBZone certification is required; Hard copies of this solicitation and the associated drawings are not available.
