- NA Provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all operations in connection with landscaping services on an as needed basis at Fort Drum, New York, in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement, s pecifications, drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns, and will be procured using the proc edures in FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The contract type shall be a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract with a base year and one option year. The anticipated Request For Quote (RFQ) issue/posting date will be on or abou t 8 July 2002. NOTE: The DUE DATE for the RFQ shall be 15 days after the actual issuance/posting date on the Fort Drum contracting web page. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote, which will be considered. The RFQ will not be maile d out, hard copies will not be provided, and no RFQ mailing list will be maintained. Interested parties must download the RFQ from the Fort Drum contracting web page. All sources wishing to submit a quote are required to monitor the Fort Drum Contracting web page for any/all amendments to the RFQ. Failure to respond to any amendments may render the quote as non-responsive. The quotes must be supplied in hard copy form to the Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, NY. No electronic quotes will be accept ed.
