Description

The Bureau of the Census is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Soliciattion 51-SO-BC-2-00047 is issued as a Request For Quote ( RFQ ). CLIN001 Canon Microfilm Scanner 400 or equal include all shipping and handling charges, installation, training and a minimum of a 90-day warranty - Quantity 3 each. The following items are accessories for, or work in conjunction with item CLIN001. CLIN002 EZ03 30 - 50X lens - Quantity 3. CLIN003 Fileprint 250 with cartridge - Quantity 2 each. CLIN004 Sensor unit 2 - Quantity 3 each. CLIN005 FS Controller 1 - Quantity 3 each. CLIN006 Installation Kit " L " - Quantity 3 each. CLIN007 Workstation V. - Quantity 3 each. Delivery is FOB destination to the Bureau of the Census, 1201 East 10th Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47132, Attn: Receiving Section 60F. Acceptance upon successful installation. Delivery date approximately 3 weeks after receipt of Purchase Order. The following clauses apply to this RFQ: 52.211-6, Brand name or equal, 52.213-4, Terms and Conditions - Simplified Acquisitions ( Other than Commercial Items). Be sure to include all shipping and handling charges to the delivery location. Bids are due on or before 5:00 P.M. EST Friday June 28, 2002. Submit bids via mail to Bureau of the Census, 1201 East 10th Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47132, Attn: Tom Sherman - Bldg. 66, Room 149, or FAX - 812-218-3937, or email thomas.m.sherman@census.gov. One award will be made on an all or none basis.
