- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office in Dallas, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of trash removal services for the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The contractor shall place and service one (1) self contained 30 cubic yard trash compactor and one (1) 6 cubic yard dumpster. Pick-ups for the compactor will be required three times per week, and pick-ups for the dumpster will be once per week. The contract term shall include a base year period not to exceed 12 months with four 12 month option periods for renewal. The solicitation will be available on or about July 1, 2002, and will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is August 1, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
