NA NSN: 1615-01-114-0849,Part Number:145D5329-6 Pron: AX2C0231AX solicitation No.: DAAH23-02-T-0732, Quantity:125 each applicable to the CH-47 Airframe/Power Train Unit. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana TX.75507-5000. This part has been identifi ed as a Flight Saftey Part. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 29 each,405 Days After Contract Award(DACA) and 29 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 258 DACA. Required delivery without Fi rst Article Testing is 29 each,270 Days DACA and 29 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The restricted appoved sources are:Cage (77272)The Boeing Company, Boeing Helicopter.,(07544) Bodine Tool & Machine CO.,INC.,because the Government doe s not have adequate data, lack rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the de sign control activity's procedures, as approvad by the cognizant Government engineering activity.
