- NA Furnish all labor, materials, supervision, quality control, tools, equipment, and expertise to Construct POL Operations Facility in accordance with the plans and specifications. Work is located at Fairchild AFB, WA 99011. CLIN #0001 involves constructing a single-story steel framed structure of approximately 2,000 square feet along with electrical power, telephone, natural gas, water and sewer service. Additive Bid Line-Items: #0002 Construction of APC parking lot with curbing and striping. #0003 Land scape and install irrigation system. Estimated cost of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Time of completion will be 120 days from receipt of Notice To Proceed. The solicitaion will be available on or about 10 Jul 02. The bid opening date w ill be on or about 30 days from the date of the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 233320. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded from this solicitation. The price is a non-refundable $40.00 plus any applicable mailing costs. Interested parties must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registr ation data base to be eligible for award.
