Description

Install/Lease Temporary Classroom Buildings. The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction and lease of two (2) single story temporary buildings consisting of classrooms, kitchen/workrooms, toilets, porch, and playground areas, provision of new energy efficient heat pump system including the provision for fresh air intake, exhaust ductwork, plumbing works, associated electrical and incidental related works necessary to complete the projects in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Note: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Awards can only be made to firms licensed and authorized to perform work in the country of Japan. Prospective offerors are invited to download information concerning this project.
