- Description
- The United States Government is seeking to lease office, garage and related space consisting of approximately 25,400 rentable square feet. The space should yield approximately 21,160 occupiable square feet of space. Fifteen (15) outside and five (5) inside parking spaces are required. Offered properties must be located within the following delinieated area: North: Shoreline of Lake Erie on the North South: I-490 East: East 55th Street West: West 65th Street Proposed Lease Term: Ten years, five year firm term. Expressions of interest should be received by June 14, 2002, reference Solicitation for Offers Number GS-05B-17080 and include the following 1. Building name and address 2.
