Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, Vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to deliver bulk fuels, island-wide and Ie Shima Okinawa Prefecture, Japan. Note: Performance of this effort will be performed entirely in country of Japan. Only contractors licensed and authorized to perform in country of Japan will be solicited.
