Description

Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to renovate building 145 on Malmstrom AFB MT. The general scope of this project is to accomplish a complete upgrade of the building interior and exterior and upgrade the site to include pavements, parking, sidewalks, force protection and utility distribution systems in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 19 Apr 02. Request For Proposal will close on 21 May 02. Performance period is 365 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed. The Notice To Proceed will be issued within 30 days after award. The Request For Proposal is available only on the internet at http://www.eps.gov//. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See internet site: https://ccr.dlsc.dla.mil) The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS Code is 233320.
