Description

The contractor will provide all necessary supervision, labor, supplies, materials, and equipment to furnish and install an audiovisual sound system in the Potter Stewart U.S. Courthouse Building, Cincinnati, Ohio. Estimated cost range between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS is 235990. This is a negotiated procurement NOT sealed bid, and is open to all. The solicitation CD will be available on or about June 28, 2002. General Services Administration, PBS, Great Lakes Region, Cincinnati Field Office, 5PM2N, no longer issues construction solicitations via the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The subject solicitation includes Sensitive But Unclassified building information (SBU). For reasons of security and before release of SBU information, the requestor must complete and sign the "Document Security Notice to Prospective Bidders/Offerors." In addition, the following information must be submitted and or provided by the requestor via the spaces provided in the Notice. 1. Copy of business license; 2. Company's Dun and Bradstreet Number; 3. Valid Tax Identification Number; 4. A valid picture state driver's license (for person(s) picking up SBU documents). The Notice shall be submitted to the point of contact cited herein. No e-mail copies will be accepted; however facsimiles will be accepted. After verification of the preceding information, the requestor will be designated as an authorized user and a copy of the solicitation will be released in compact disc form to the requestor. Please read the notice carefully as it contains additional requirements and information regarding SBU building information.
