Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to place an order with KBA-Giori for training on the Super Simultan Press. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Parts 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
