Description
NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis / solicitation number is DAAD05-02-T-0471. This requirement is a brand name or equal and shall be awarded on an all or none basis. If providing equal, provide sufficient description/descriptive literature of the physical, functional, or performance characteristics of the item for comparison purposes. CLIN 0001 HPLC System to include the following: a.) #G1312A, 1100 Binary Pump, includes binary pump, solvent cabinet, 2 so lvent bottles and CAN Cable. Continuous seal wash option, solvent selection option installation (44K). Hands on training (44L) at time of installation, performance testing and certification of standard (44V), verify system performance (44U), 1 each. b.) # G1327A, 1100 Thermostatted Autosampler includes thermostatted autosampler with 100 vial (2ml) tray, CAN cable and sample thermostat, injection range from 0.1 to 100 microliters, installation (44K), hands-on-training at time of installation (44L), 1 each. c .) #G1379A, 1100 Micro Vacuum Degasser, includes 4-channel vacuum degasser, remote control cable and connecting tubing, installation (44K), 1 each. d.) #G1316A, 1100 Thermostatted Column Compartment, includes column compartment with two heat exchangers fo r solvent pre-heating, column identification module and CAN cable, Column Switching Option, installation (44K), 1 each. e.) #G1315B, 1100 Diode Array Detector, includes diode-array detector with long-life deuterium and tungsten lamp, CAN cable, no flow cell included, Semi-micro flow cell, installation (44K), 1 each. f.) #G2707DA, 1100 Series LC/MSD SL APCI system bundle, includes Agilent LC/MSD SL module (G1946D), APCI source, LC/MSD ChemStation software, and ChemStation data system with LaserJet printer. Operators manuals: 4 each in English and 1 each in German aa.) Maintenance Manuals: 3 each in English and 1 each in German bb.) Direct delivery to customer sit e in Germany. cc.) Installation of complete system. Required for analysis of pesticides, herbicides or other plant growth control substance in drinking water. This requirement does not contain or require any Class I ODC?s. Requisition Number W23MWP21280 006. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination. Deliver to/Install at USACHPPM EURPOE shall be to Kirchberg Kaserne, Germany. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
