NA NSN: 3020-01-085-6659, Pron: AX2F0295AX solicitation No.: DAAH23-02-R-0489, Quantity:227 each minimum/227 each maximum 627 each year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with delive ry to Texarkana TX.75507-5000. This part has been identified as an Flight Saftey Part and Engineer Test Item. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 57 each,375 Days After Contract Award and 57 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 238 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 57 each per month, 250 Days DACA and 57 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The restricted approved sources are: Cage (78286)Sikorsky Aircra ft Corp.and(21540)Precision Gear Incorporated because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activit y's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to i dentify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
