- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number DAKF23-02-R-0008 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitio n Circular 2001-07. Acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 561210 and the small business size standard is $6,000,000. The Offer Schedule (contract line item number(s), items, quantities, and units of measure) and the Perf ormance Work Statement (PWS) with Technical Exhibits and Attachments can be accessed at website http://www.campbell-doc.army.mil. Performance period is for a base and four option periods. Transition is anticipated to begin on 081602 with full performance starting on 091602. The provision at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items, is applicable and is addended as follows: Paragraphs (b)(5), (d), (e), and (h) are deleted; Paragraph (b)(10), the following text is added, ?Complete and submit the Summary of Relevant Contract Experience Form (Attachment A-2) and the Contract References Form (Attachment A-3)?. This provision is further addended to incorporate 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference (Fill-in information - www.sard a.army.mil); 52.216-1 Type of Contract (Fill-in information, ?firm fixed-price?; 252.204-7001 Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code Reporting; 252.209.7001 Disclosure of Ownership or Control by the Government of a Terrorist Country; and 252.209-7003 Compliance with Veterans? Employment Reporting Requirements. The provision at 52.212-2 Evaluation?Commercial Items is applicable; Price and Past Performance are the evaluation criteria in Paragraph (a). Price is significantly more important than Past Pe rformance. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government considering price and non-price related factors. Offerors are instructed to submit completed copies of FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items, and DFARS Provision 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items, with offers.
