Description: NA This amendment is issued to change the acquisition method from HUBZone Competitive to HUBZone sole source. This revisions is made as a result of recently discovered information indicating that there is only one responsible HUBZone source, Laguna Industrie s Inc., Laguna, NM., which can meet all of the government's requirements. The following revisions are made to the previous notice. Add the work word approximately before 1500 kilometers and a preliminary proof of concept demonstration will be required in August/September 2002.
