- Reforestation of 00 acres of forestland on Barksdale AFB East Reservation: This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for very small business concerns, headquartered in the New Orleans, LA Small-Business Administration District. (Definition: In Accordance with FAR Part 19.904, Offerors may not have more than 15 employees and may not have an average annual receipts that exceed $1 million). Offerors must identify themselves as being a very small business. If there is no other offers received from a very small business concern this acquisition is then a 100% set-aside for a small business concern. Important notice you may not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration Database, (ref DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration.
