- Scheduled Preventive Maintenance and Unscheduled Service Calls on automatic doors located at the Tyndall AFB Commissary, FL. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of August 1, 2002 through July 31, 2003, and will include two one-year option periods that may extend performance through August 31, 2005. This Request for Quotation will be issued on or about June 04, 2002 with a tentative closing date of June 17, 2002. The anticipated award date will be June 20, 2002. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. Multiple awards will not be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $6 million. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on www.fedbizops.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ. Requests for paper copies must be in writing and addressed to: DeCA, ATTN: CICST (Cynthia Walker), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee VA 23801-1800.
