Description

Contractors are required to provide replacement pums, impellers, and wearing rings of a machined (each part from one piece of material), fiber reinforced, non-conductive composite design for use in salt water marine systems aboard USNS Observation Island. The replacement pumps must be engineered in such a manner that the parts will be "drop-in" replacements that will require no piping modifications. Impellers and rings to be supplied should be exact substitutes for the metal impellers and rings that are in the existing pumps. The parts are as follows: 3ea. replacement pumps and motors for Paco pumps 409505, 450 GPM, 60ft TDH, 10HP, 460/60/3 Motors AT 1750 RPM; 4ea. sets of impellers and rings for Worthington 5-LVR-10 pumps, 10" Impellers, 1000 GPM, 67 ft TDH; 4 ea. pums and impellers to replace WEMCO VORTEX ELM 2x2x5; 2ea. sets of impellers and rings for GOULD 3651-4-1/2x4-1/2; 2ea. set of impellers and rings for Worthington 4-LVR-11 pumps, 600 GPM, 33PSI; 2ea. sets of impellers and rings for PACO 16-12705-5301x2-6741, 50 GPM, 185ft TDH.
