Description

Change the solicitation number to read F36629-02-R0005. The work includes but is not limited to JLSS 96-0004A, Maintain Roads & Grounds Bldg 325, work includes interior & exterior painting & exterior landscaping. JLSS 96-0004B, Repair Roads & Grounds Bldg. 325, work includes interior renovations including demolition, asbestos abatement, lead dust cleanup/abatement, new partition walls, interior finishes & new man doors and overhead coiling doors. Exterior work includes site work, new concrete retaining walls, stairs, sidewalks, asphalt paving, storm sewer system, and exterior signage. JLSS 96-0004C,Alter Roads & Grounds Bldg. 325, work includes exterior renovations including demolition of existing building finish, installation of new brick veneer and exterior metal panels, and installation of skylights in existing roof system. The performance period for all work is 210 calendar days. The estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All responsible sources will be considered as the solicitation will be issued as full and open competition. There is a non-refundable charge of $45.00 to obtain the project documents. Checks should be made out to "DFAS-DY/FP DAYTON"
