- 1. Coronado National Forest, Douglas Ranger District, Douglas, Arizona, is soliciting quotes for the supply and delivery of 4 all terrain vehicles. 2. Price quotes are requested for the following 4x4 ATVs: Honda TRX500FAZ and Polaris Sportsman 500. 3. Price shall include tax, if applicable, and FOB destination charges for delivery of the 4 vehicles to: Douglas Ranger District, 3081 N. Leslie Canyon Rd., Douglas, AZ 85607. 4. Quotes may be submitted by fax, phone, or mail to: Coronado National Forest, 300 W. Congress, Room 5F, Tucson, AZ 85701; Phone: 520-670-4565; Fax: 520-670-4532 by close of business June 11, 2002. 5. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 6. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 07. 7. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 421110. 8. Desired delivery date is no later than June 30, 2002. 9. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with offer. 10. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; the clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with the following additional FAR clauses cited applicable to the acquisition: FAR 52.222-21, FAR 52.222-26, FAR 52.232-33; FAR 52.219-8; FAR 52.225-3.
