- "Revised" DSCC is issuing a solicitation and subsequently an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for the Strategic Material Sourcing (SMS) Initiative. This solicitation will address Project 2, Hardware, Metal, A/C Components which contains 23 NSNs. This will be unrestrictive solicitation for a period of 5 years. The issue date for this solicitation is 24 June 02, with a closing date of 24 July 02.
