Description

Description: General Services Administration Is Interested In Leasing Approximately 13,255 rentable square feet which must yield 11,500 minimum ANSI/BOMA office area square feet to 12,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet, all located in one building, on at least 7.5 acres. Unique Requirements:. Government will only consider economically advantageous offers Economically advantageous includes all alterations. Location: The Space Must Be Located Within The Following Delineated Area: Hooks Airport, between these boundaries: East: Stuebner Airline West: Boudreaux Road North: FM 2920 South: Hoover Drive Term: Lease term is 15 years, 10 years firm Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered 3. Square footage offered 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 5. Name, address, and telephone number of individual 6. Evidence showing authorization to represent owner Expressions Of Interest Must Be Submitted In Writing No Later Than June 18, 2002. Authorized Contacts: In No Event Shall The Offeror Enter Into Negotiations Concerning The Space To Be Leased With Representatives Of Federal Agencies Other Than The Officers And Employees Of General Services Administration.
