Description: Notice of Intent to Award contract to C.A.M.P. Children's Association for Maximum Potential) the Littlest C.A.M.P. (TLC) a Government-owned contractor-operated facility on Lackland AFB., Texas. This is a day care facility for mentally and physically handicapped children. The Government will award a one year contract. All child care attendants will be required to pass a criminal history background check in accordance with DODI 1405.5. This is a sole-source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. Period of Performance: 01 Oct 2002-30 Sep 2003
