Three documents will be posted associated with this notice. They are the master specifications that GSA, Great Lakes Region, PBS, Property Management Division uses for Elevator Maintenance Service, Mechanical Maintenance Service, and Janitorial Services. We are conducting market research by requesting comments and input from industry and other interested parties to see if these specs comply with customary commercial practices, and to get any other comments or suggestions. We encourage and appreciate any comments that you would provide!
