Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 6,000 rentable square feet (to yield a minimum of 5,000 BOMA usable square feet) of quality office space in the Central Business District (Downtown) of Mount Vernon NY, for a maximum 10 year lease with five years firm term. This is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responses will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received together with the cost of moving telecommunications, alterations and other factors, will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
