Description

NA The U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Safety Office has a requirement for a Nonpersonal Services Conference Coordinator in support of the 2002 MEDCOM Saftey Conference held in Orlando, FL 26-30 Aug 02. Conference Coordinator?s support must be in accorda nce with the statement of work. Arrangements for and costs of all travel, transportation, meals, lodging, and incidentals are the responsibility of the contractor. All travel and transportation shall utilize commercial sources and carriers provided the m ethod used for the appropriate geographical area results in reasonable changes to the Government. The Government will not pay for business class or first class travel. Lodging and meals shall be reimbursed inaccordance with the standard per diem rates in the DOD Joint Travel Regulation. The solicitation number is DADA10-02-T-0101 anticipated closing date is 29 May 02. The solicitation is for commercial services prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following clauses/provisions apply to this acquisition and are hereby incorporated by refer ence: (1) FAR 52.212-1 ?Instructions to Offerors?, (2) FAR 2.212-2 Evaluation ? commercial items evaluation factor: price, (3) FAR 52.212-3 ?Offeror Representation and Certification ? commercial items, (4) FAR 52.212-4 ?Contract Terms and Conditions ? c ommercial items?, (5) FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items. This procurement is set aside for small business under NAICS 541611 with a threshold of $5 million; all responsible sour ces may submit an offer will be considered.
